The clause headings and numberings are for convenience only and shall be ignored in the interpretation of this Agreement;
The singular includes the plural and vice versa;
References to any agreements or Applicable Law include any amendment or replacement thereof, in whole or in part;
References to clauses are, unless the context otherwise requires, references to clauses of this Agreement; and
Terms defined in this clause shall have the meaning ascribed herein when used in capitalized form elsewhere in this Agreement.

“Terms & Privacy Policy” means this Agreement and includes all modifications, alternations, additions or deletions thereto made or entered into in writing after the date of execution hereof.
“Applicable Law” means laws of India;

“Force Majeure” shall mean any event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either Party which cannot by the exercise of reasonable diligence be prevented or caused to be prevented, cannot despite the adoption of reasonable precaution and/or alternative measures be prevented and which materially and adversely affect such Party’s performance of its duties or obligations or enjoyment of its rights under this Agreement.
“Party” means either The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities or any person who views the websites, including Registered Users, subscribers, participants, member writers and executive.

“Parties” means collectively The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities and any person who views the websites, including Registered Users, subscribers, participants, member writers and executive.

“Notice” or “Notification”means any communication by one Party to the other Party pursuant hereunder forwarded for delivery by prepaid courier or registered airmail and confirmed by facsimile and/or e-mail and any other electronic medium at the following addresses and Fax numbers, such as may be amended from time to time by Notice:

Unless otherwise proved by competent evidence under Applicable Law, all Notices shall be deemed to have been delivered one week after the date of their posting by courier or twenty four hours after they are transmitted through facsimile and/or e-mail whichever is later.

“VISITORS” means any person who views the websites, including Registered Users, subscribers, participants, member writers and executive.

“MEMBER WRITERS” means and implies any person subscribing and registering with The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities.

“EXECUTIVE” means and implies any person who registers with The Script Hub in the capacity of a producer.
"WE" OR "US" means and implies The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities .
"SITES" means and implies all websites controlled and administered by The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities.

"Personally Identifiable Information" is the personal information of the Visitor, such as contact details : name, address, telephone number, email address, employer or company name.

"Non-Personally Identifiable Information" normally comprises of technical information or data, mostly for the purpose of analysis and logistics such as demographic information, such as your age, gender or interests, browser and operating system, the address of website from where a visitor enters or exits the site. Such information shall include but not be limited to Internet Protocol (IP) address, Cookies (A "cookie" being a small text file that may be used to collect information about the visitors activity on the Sites), Web Beacons, Demographic Information.

“Information” shall include all Submissions, Personally Identifiable Information, Non-Personally Identifiable Information. And any other text made available or transmitted to The Script Hub, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities.

BY USING THE SITES, the VISITORS consent TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND TO OUR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES STATED BELOW.
